Responsibilities

  • Properly diagnose and repair built-in and freestanding appliances
  • Responsibly drive and maintain a company service vehicle
  • Communicate well with coworkers and customer
  • Maintain appliance parts inventory on service vehicle
  • Be able to lift 75 lbs. or more
  • Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools and test equipment
  • Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime

Job Requirements

  • Appliance installation / Repair experience
  • Prior HVAC, electrical, or construction experience is a plus

Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ownership of the guest experience, post-transaction. Resolving complaints, questions, and concerns in real-time and escalating to external departments as needed.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring company standards are adhered to.
  • Self-audits individual performance and requests coaching as needed.
  • Escalates concerns relating to out of policy requests to their direct supervisor.
  • Meets or exceeds individual goal for add-on sales as set by the Store Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred not required).
