The ESVAL and ESSEV Series features a quiet three speed motor with a normal operating speed of 100 CFM and a high speed of 300 CFM. Dishwasher safe mesh grease filters capture grease and debris from the cooking surface and are easily removed for cleaning. The included dual 18 watt, 4 pin high efficacy fluorescent lamps (as bright as 2-75 watt incandescent bulbs) illuminate the cooking surface, allowing the hood to be compliant with Title 24 of the California Residential Lighting Standards.

Included, 26 watt, 4 pin high efficacy fluorescent lamp complies with the California Title 24 Residential Lighting Standard and provides the equivalent of 100 watts of incandescent lighting.

Control panel with metal control knobs is located at the front of the hood for convenient use.

Convertible ducting - Vertical or Ductless (ductless operation requires the addition of model BCCF-02 charcoal odor filters - not included).

NOTE: ENERGY STAR qualification applies to ducted range hoods only, when installed in ductless configuration ENERGY STAR qualification does not apply.

Chimney extensions available for higher ceilings sold separately (VALWSE - White, VALBSE - Black, GRASE - Stainless Steel).
